Haiku Poem

It was fun to write nonsense sentences and writing about suns. I like how it shines and I like how its hot but sometimes its to hot. The first sentences has 5 syllables and the second one has 7 and the last one is 5 syllables.

Little Miss Squiggly

I really enjoyed making the pictures, It was fun learning about how to make animation. it was was hard recording because I had never done anything like this before, but I liked reading my story and hearing my on voice. I liked writing about Mrs loving and Mrs Squiggly.  It was cool being able to write our own story and pick our own pictures and animation to go with it.  

We have  been doing Free Choice Writing and illustrating our stories.

I loved the part when I got to make the princess and the Unicorn.

Once upon a time there was a princess called Crystal and she had a pet unicorn it’s hair was pink and purple and the colour of its skin was skin colour.  It loved to eat Unicorn food.  The princess loved to use her magic outside. Her mother doesn't like her using her magic because she gets carried away with it.

We have been writing about us because we have a new blog to share our work.

Hi my name is Maddie. I am 8 years old. I like to play with my friends called Hayley and sometimes I like to play with Scarlett. I have 3 dogs, and I have 2 cats. I have 1 brother and I have 3 sisters.  My brother's name are Levi and my sisters names are Amber, Mariah and my other sister is Chelsea.  

My favourite thing to do is play in the playground with my friends. My teacher is Mrs Long. I have 10 friends and  their names are Hayley, Isla, Ava, Pippa, Lizz, Violet, Harmony, Nevaeh, Emily, Essie, Evie, Zoe, Mateus and Sam. I go to Kaniere School. I am 7 years old. I am in year 3. At home I like to play on the trampoline because I get to do flips and I get to dance around. My favourite food is ice cream, lollies and chocolate. My favourite dinner is fish and chips and my favourite dessert is ice cream with sprinkles on the top of it. My best friend is Hayley because she is always nice to me.
